Built using a Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA) shell, the Gate II provides an ideal balance of lightweight performance and high-strength durability. This advanced shell construction uses nanotechnology to blend microscopic aramid fibers with high-grade polymer, creating a structure designed to manage impact energy while maintaining flexibility and rider comfort.
Designed for motocross and off-road riding, the helmet features a large eye port that accommodates most popular motocross goggles (not included), giving riders a wide field of vision on the track or trail. The Gate II also incorporates LS2’s Advanced Rotational Energy Management (A.R.E.M.) system, helping manage rotational forces during impacts for enhanced safety.
Inside, the helmet includes 3D laser-cut comfort padding that contours naturally to the rider’s face for a precise and secure fit. The liner is moisture-resistant, removable, and washable, making it easy to keep the helmet fresh after demanding rides. An Emergency Release cheek pad system allows first responders to remove the helmet more safely if needed.
Strategically placed intake and exhaust vents improve airflow to keep riders cool during intense riding sessions. The cheek pad design is also eyeglass friendly, making it comfortable for riders who wear glasses.
