SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping is valid for orders over $99 (before taxes & shipping fees) for the lower 48 continental United States only. Additional shipping & handling fees may apply for oversized items.

Free ground shipping is limited to standard ground service only. No shipping upgrades or credits are allowed with this offer. You cannot take a free shipping credit towards any other form of shipping.

Orders for in-stock items placed before 3 pm CST usually ship the same business day

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Business day means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Day, Labor Day, and Memorial Day.

Standard Shipping

Economy Shipping

OVERSIZED ITEMS

Additional handling charges will apply to oversized items. Handling charges will automatically be applied in the cart after selecting shipping method.

PO BOXES

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.

ALASKA / HAWAII / US TERITORRIES

Orders Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories will ship via USPS. Additional shipping fees may apply.

SHIPPING CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Shipping changes after an order has shipped may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, and not always guaranteed. Once an order leaves the building it can NOT be cancelled, you will have to follow the proper return policy.

DAMAGED GOODS

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Tousley Rider Supply customer service immediately. Claims will be handled through the shipping carrier, however we will be happy to assist you throughout the process.
